Was charged on a new phone with a new card without being asked if I wanted to resubscribe. I didn’t even have the app on my new phone and my subscription ended months ago. As soon as I set up my NEW card (not even the same card as before) the money was taken out and I was notified AFTER- only because I have receipt notification set up. When I go to the subscription part of the app it’s in another language and tapping on any part of the screen does nothing anyway- except charge me a SECOND time within the same day(today) which shouldn’t even be possible since they already charged me for a month I didn’t ask for. When I go to the contact the app developer webpage it shows a warning and an error- and that’s it. When I go to my settings it says I’m unsubscribed- therefore if I click on that to try to unsubscribe (what?) then I’ll be charged a third time yet today. So, they have it set up so even there is literally no where to unsubscribe, I keep getting charged and no one to get a hold of. Needless to say I’ll be contacting my bank in the morning and Apple, since I didn’t see anywhere to report something like this. Also worth mentioning that it wouldn’t even let me open the app to try to unsubscribe without giving it permission to my photos AND in their privacy policy it says they sell inform to third parties. If someone is this unethical think about what they could be doing with your photos and even worse with kids that use the app
